Refund policy
Firstly, we never resell returned products due to health and safety measures. Globally the environmental impact from returned products is horrendous, and so we ask you to contact us first if you are trying our products for the first time. Please contact us at info@beesbrilliance.co.nz and we can help you choose the best options for your skin type.
What is your returns policy?
Returned products are not placed back into circulation, they are disposed of in the interest of health and safety. Please consider the environmental impact when choosing to return products and consult our customer service team before making your first order or trying anything new. To be eligible for our return policy, products must have been purchased from beesbrilliance.com, unopened and you must provide valid proof of purchase.

Change of mind?
Return your full-size products to us for a store credit or refund of the purchase price, minus shipping. You are responsible for the return postage and the products must be unopened and in the original packaging. This only applies to full-size items and please note, due to health and safety practices, these products will be disposed of and not resold. Please return to our postal address 42 Factory Road, Brightwater, Nelson 7022. Once we have received the products and the team has confirmed the untouched condition of the products, we will then process a credit or refund.
How can I make a return or exchange?
Please contact us at info@beesbrilliance.co.nz with a valid proof of purchase (e-receipt) and we’ll help you out.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
