FREE DELIVERY for orders over $69 NZD within New Zealand.For orders under this amount, postage is $10 NZD. Orders are sent by non-signature courier.
Please allow 2-3 working days.All online orders are sent with ‘Track & Trace’. We’ll send a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is collected from the factory.
Please note working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays.
Australia
We offer FREE tracked shipping on all orders over $120 NZD (after discounts, excluding shipping). Orders under this amount are charged flat-rate shipping fee of $15 NZD. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days from our Nelson, NZ warehouse. Once dispatched, parcels typically arrive in 4–10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Yes, we offer international shipping. To estimate the delivery cost of your order, use our "Calculate Shipping" feature on the shopping cart page. Simply select your country from the dropdown list, and the page will display your delivery options and costs based on the products in your cart.
We provide both Untracked Airmail and Tracked Airmail delivery methods. If you need your delivery address in your local language, please email us with your order number and address in your local language at info@beesbrilliance.co.nz, and we'll include it on the parcel to ensure correct delivery. For any inquiries about international orders or freight, please contact info@beesbrilliance.co.nz.
Customs
