How do I redeem my points?
For every dollar you spend with Bees Brilliance, you will receive 5 BB points. For every 100 BB points you can redeem a $1 voucher to use on your next order. This is code which is entered at the checkout. For step-by-step instruction please browse our how to redeem my points blog.
Do my BB points expire?
No, your accumulated points do not expire.
Do my redeemed vouchers expire?
No, your vouchers do not expire.
Can I use more that one code at a time?
No, only one code can be used at a time.
Can I give my rewards to someone else?
Unfortunately, the BB points you accumulate are link to your account/email address and cannot be transferred to another account.
How do I get birthday points?
You will receive BB points on your birthday, if you enter the date of your birthday at least 30 days in advance. If you add your birthday on the day of your birthday or after your birth date, we are unable to reward points. To add your birthday, go to your rewards page and select the birthday points. Remember to sign in first.
Can I get points from past orders before I signed up to the programme?
When you sign up to the Bees Brilliance rewards programme, your points from orders after 1 September 2021 will automatically be added.
Why are my points not showing up after following Bees Brilliance social media accounts?
To receive BB points, you need to go to the Bees Brilliance Loyalty Club page on the Bees Brilliance website and click on the button to like and follow. The program shows up a pop-up window where you can like/follow Facebook/Instagram. These social media platforms do not directly allow any rewards programme to access.
