Tracking & Dispatch
How do I track my order?
We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order is packed and ready for courier collection. Make sure you enter your email address at checkout - without it we can't send confirmation or tracking details.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders before 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm will go out the following working day.
Where do orders ship from?
Everything ships from our factory in Nelson, New Zealand.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within NZ and to Australia. We are not currently shipping worldwide, unless by special arrangement - please contact us to discuss options.

What courier do you use in NZ?
We send with NZ Post's courier service on a non-signature basis. If no one's home, they'll leave your parcel in a safe spot or leave a card to call.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes and rural addresses?
Yes to both. Enter your PO Box number in the street field at checkout. For rural addresses, allow an extra 1-2 working days on top of the standard 2-3 days.
Can I pick up from Nelson?
Yes. Select Pick Up at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready to collect from 42 Factory Road.
Australia
Do your shipping options require signature upon delivery?
We send with Australia Post. They'll attempt delivery with a signature - if no one's home they'll leave it somewhere safe, or hold it at your nearest post shop for up to 14 days.
What about paying GST tax to Australia?
Australian GST isn't included in our product prices - it's calculated at checkout and added to your order total. Once you place your order, we take care of the tax payment to Australia. You won't be charged NZ GST if you're delivering to an Australian address.
Can you ship your full range to Australia?
Yes, including Western Australia. Our products are cosmetic formulations for topical use, so they're not subject to the same restrictions as raw honey.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on full-size, unopened products purchased from beesbrilliance.co.nz within 30 days of purchase. Return postage is at your cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process a store credit or refund of the purchase price minus shipping. Please note: returned products are never resold - they're disposed of for health and safety reasons.
I tried it and didn't like it - what can I do?
Contact us at info@beesbrilliance.co.nz before sending anything back. We'd rather help you find the right product for your skin than have you stuck with something that's not working.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect - what do I do?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away at info@beesbrilliance.co.nz with your proof of purchase. We'll sort it out.
Are there any items I can't return?
Gift cards are non-returnable.
